Lines, curves, angles, symmetry, reflections and proportions are all part of a visual language with which I have always felt particularly close, perhaps also because of my background. When I walk through a city, these elements catch my attention almost immediately, and I discover in them a harmony that draws me in. I do not photograph buildings alone. I look for the dialogue between light and geometry, the balance of forms, the rhythm of spaces and that quiet beauty that architecture offers to those who take the time to observe it.

Architecture transforms space; light brings it to life. Between the two, a silent language emerges. Lines, proportions and materials come together in harmony. Light changes from one moment to the next, revealing new forms. Perhaps that is why it is worth taking a second look. Architecture engages in a dialogue with materials and ideas; photography, with light and forms. Behind every building there is a purpose; behind every photograph, a way of looking. When light finds the balance of the lines and space takes on a new meaning, I feel that stopping to look has been worthwhile. If these images also invite you to contemplate architecture in this way, I will consider my purpose fulfilled.
